Portal für Ruhegehaltsempfänger: Pensioners' Portal / Staff Matters

Vous vous interrogez peut-être sur le dépistage ou les allocations familiales? De nombreuses informations sont disponibles via une recherche depuis le nouveau Portail Pensionné(e)s (Staff Matters) car toutes les pages de Staff Matters y ont été importées et actualisées.

Le nouveau portail pour les pensionné(e)s (appelé « Pensioners’ Portal – Staff Matters») remplace les pages Staff Matters et My IntraComm et il est accessible à tous les pensionnés. Il vous donne un accès direct aux applications informatiques que vous utilisez le plus – tels que SYSPER Post Activité, RCAM en ligne ou MyPMO – et vous tient informé(e) des actualités qui vous concernent.

Les articles de Commission en Direct et les « Petites annonces » (https://aiace-europa.eu/site-content/uploads/2026/06/Guide-Small-Ads-via-Teams-After-EC-FR-2026-06-14.pdf) se retrouvent sur « Teams After EC » (canal Général) : voir la rubrique Teams After EC sous Outils Informatiques

Vous pouvez également accéder au nouveau portail via MyRemote, que vous connaissez déjà. Un accès séparé intitulé « Pensioners’ Portal » y figure désormais. Toutefois, il est conseillé d’ajouter le lien ci-dessus à vos favoris, ce qui vous permettra d’accéder au nouveau portail plus facilement et plus rapidement.

ATTENTION : si vous voulez poser une question relative aux FRAIS MEDICAUX, il est plus simple de partir de ce document.

Do you by any chance look for infirmation about health screening or child benefits? You can find plenty of information by searching on the new Pensioners’ Portal (Staff Matters), as all the pages from Staff Matters have been imported there and updated.

This platform, called « Pensioners’ Portal » replaces the Staff Matters and My IntraComm pages and is available to all pensioners. Using the Portal’s search tool – ‘Search’ plus the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner of the screen – you can find information and ask questions of certain Commission services. It also gives you quick access to the IT tools you use most – like SYSPER Post Activity, JSIS online or MyPMO – and informs you about relevant news and updates. You can also access the new portal via My Remote, which you already know. A separate access entitled ‘Pensioners’ Portal – Staff Matters‘ is now available in the My Remote menu. However, it is advisable to add the link above to your favourites, this will make it easier and faster for you to access the new portal.
