Pensioners' Portal (Staff Matters)

Do you by any chance look for infirmation about health screening or child benefits? You can find plenty of information by searching on the new Pensioners’ Portal (Staff Matters), as all the pages from Staff Matters have been imported there and updated.

This platform, called « Pensioners’ Portal » replaces the Staff Matters and My IntraComm pages and is available to all pensioners. Using the Portal’s search tool – ‘Search’ plus the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner of the screen – you can find information and ask questions of certain Commission services. It also gives you quick access to the IT tools you use most – like SYSPER Post Activity, JSIS online or MyPMO – and informs you about relevant news and updates. You can also access the new portal via My Remote, which you already know. A separate access entitled ‘Pensioners’ Portal – Staff Matters‘ is now available in the My Remote menu. However, it is advisable to add the link above to your favourites, this will make it easier and faster for you to access the new portal.
