MyPMO

PMO Mobile has become MyPMO and is available on web browsers on PCs and laptops and as a mobile application on smartphones and tablets.

This application offers various functions of JSIS Online.

MyPMO features a completely redesigned and simplified navigation, which is fairly intuitive. You can access recent items from the home screen and add the options you use most often as ‘favourites‘.

MyPMO allows you to search for and enter a Claim for Reimbursement of medical expenses by taking a photo of medical invoices with your smartphone, so there is no need to scan them. You can also request a prior authorization, recognition of serious illness, health screening programme, certificate of cover, request for direct billing – from your smartphone for  example.

MyPMO has many of the features of JSIS online, as well as an administrative option, the ‘pension slip, which was previously only available via SYSPER. MyPMO will continue to evolve with other options as time goes by.

MyPMO is available from a smartphone or tablet via an application available on Google Play or the App Store by scanning the QR-codes underneath, and from a laptop or PC at https://mypmo.europa.eu.
