Helpdesk

The AIACE helpdesks (AIACE International and Sections) can provide help with the Commission applications (EU Login, Staff Matters and Contact, Pensioners' Portal, SYSPER Post Activity, JSIS online, MyPMO, Teams AfterEC)

International helpdesk

Martine Platteau and Eveline Lang run a dedicated helpdesk for retired staff from all the institutions. They are mainly there to provide assistance with the various Commission IT applications (EU Login, JSIS Online, MyPMO, SYSPER Post Activity, EU Login mobile app, Staff Matters and Staff Contact, Pensioners’ Portal and Teams AfterEC), but they can also answer questions and/or relay feedback on other problems encountered by retired staff, or if necessary refer them to the specific department they need to get in touch with.

If you encounter a problem, you should first contact your Section helpdesk; here is the list.

Teams AfterEC

Myriam Toson provides content for the Teams AfterEC network. However, the verification of the retired status of those requesting access and the approval of their access are handled directly by the ‘Relations with Retired Staff’ Unit within the Commission’s DG HR.
