This page summarizes a number of sources for help and/or support, apart from the various pages of this website. These sources for information can be a great help to the families or relatives of pensioners.

Ambassadors

In case of difficulties, “ambassadors” can help pensioners in their relations with the PMO. Here is the list of “Ambassadors” 

Social volunteers in the sections

Volunteer colleagues in the sections assist retired staff of the European institutions who are facing difficulties such as old age, illness or disability, and who are no longer able to manage their reimbursements, prior authorisations or other JSIS procedures. Here is the list of coordinators.

IT Helpdesks

The AIACE helpdesks (AIACE International and Sections) can provide help with the Commission applications (EU Login, Staff Matters and Contact, My Intracomm, Sysper Post Activity, JSIS online, MyPMO, Teams After EC)
