Pensioners' Portal

Le nouveau portail pour les pensionné(e)s (appelé « Pensioners’ Portal ») remplace les pages Staff Matters et My IntraComm-Retired/Retirees’ Welcome et il est accessible à tous les pensionnés. Il vous donne un accès direct, en un seul clic, aux outils informatiques que vous utilisez le plus – tels que SYSPER Post Activité, RCAM en ligne ou MyPMO – et vous tient informé(e) des actualités qui vous concernent.

Les articles de Commission en Direct et les « Petites annonces » se retrouvent sur « Teams After EC » (canal Général) : voir la rubrique Teams After EC sous Outils Informatiques

Vous pouvez également accéder au nouveau portail via MyRemote, que vous connaissez déjà. Un accès séparé intitulé « Pensioners’ Portal » y figure désormais. Toutefois, nous vous conseillons d’utiliser plutôt le lien ci-dessus et de l’ajouter à vos favoris, ce qui vous permettra d’accéder au nouveau portail plus facilement et plus rapidement.

Pour vous aider à démarrer, un guide pratique du portail des pensionné(e)s avec des explications et des captures d’écran en français et en anglais peut être consulté ici.

Vous êtes invité(e)s et encouragé(e)s dès à présent à utiliser le nouveau portail des pensionné(e)s, vu que My IntraComm disparaîtra définitivement le 12 septembre 2025.

C’est la DG HR et le PMO qui ont souhaité apporter ce nouveau chambardement aux habitudes des pensionnés. L’AIACE internationale essaie quand même de vous orienter et vous aider autant que possible.

This platform, called « Pensioners’ Portal » replaces the Staff Matters and My IntraComm-Retired/Retirees’ Welcome pages and it is available to all pensioners. It gives you quick access to the IT tools you use most – like SYSPER Post Activity, JSIS online or MyPMO – and informs you about relevant news and updates.

Commission en Direct articles and SmallAdds can be found on Teams After EC (General channel): see the Teams After EC section under IT Tools.

You can also access the new portal via MyRemote, which you already know. A separate access entitled ‘Pensioners’ Portal’ is now available in the MyRemote menu. However, we advise you to use the link above instead and add it to your favourites, this will make it easier and faster for you to access the new portal.

You are kindly invited and encouraged to start using the new Pensioners’ Portal right away, since My IntraComm will stop on 12 September 2025.
