ONCE MY EU LOGIN ACCOUNT IS ACTIVATED, HOW DO I SIGN INTO ONE OF THE COMMISSION SERVICES?

There is a single access point called “My Remote” with a menu offering access to the different applications of the Commission (JSIS online, My IntraComm, SYSPER Post Activity, Staff Matter + Staff Contact and EU Login. All these options are accessible with a single EU Login authentication, except for JSIS on line where a second one is required for security reasons.
Next to this text there is a button “ACCESS TO THE MENU MY REMOTE” which will take you straight away to the following address https://myremote.ec.europa.eu. Do not forget to add this URL (address) to your Favorites/Bookmarks of your internet browser(s).
There is another button “ACCESS TO THE GUIDE MY REMOTE” with details of the menu; here is a summary :
– JSIS on line (RCAM en ligne) : requires a second EU Login authentication : this application allows you to search and enter medical expenses, create prior authorizations, ask for direct billing or health screening.
– SYSPER Post Activity : allows you to consult or print your pension slips, generate fiscal certificates, add/modify/complete personal data, send life declaration, etc.
– My IntraComm – Retired : page specially designed for pensioners with links on the European Commission intranet full of news, articles, small adds and lots of practical, legal or leisure information.
– My IntraComm – End of contract : only dedicated to end of contract staff.
– Staff Matters : this corresponds to My IntraComm “Staff Matter” tab; allows you to put questions via the “Staff Contact” button.
– Staff Contact – Questions : history of questions submitted via “Staff Contact”.
– Eu Login : manage your EU Login profile, for instance modifying or adding a mobile phone number.
