Pensioners' Portal

This platform, called « Pensioners’ Portal » replaces the Staff Matters and My IntraComm-Retired/Retirees’ Welcome pages and it is available to all pensioners. It gives you quick access to the IT tools you use most – like SYSPER Post Activity, JSIS online or MyPMO – and informs you about relevant news and updates.

Commission en Direct articles and SmallAds can be found on Teams After EC (General channel): see the Teams After EC section under IT Tools.

You can also access the new portal via MyRemote, which you already know. A separate access entitled ‘Pensioners’ Portal’ is now available in the MyRemote menu. However, we advise you to use the link above instead and add it to your favourites, this will make it easier and faster for you to access the new portal.

To help you get started, there is a step-by-step Pensioners’ Portal Guide with explanations and screenshots in English and French.

You are kindly invited and encouraged to start using the new Pensioners’ Portal right away, since My IntraComm will stop on 12 September 2025.
